What color eye makeup should people with green eyes wear?

How to do makeup if u hav a hooded eye. i hav an asian skin tone, not too fair but kinda medium fair

        

I am japanese and when it comes to applying eye makeup i cant do the whole light, then dark on the crease thing because my crease is so close to my lashline…any ideas?

        

I mean, I use prescriptives, MAC, really good makeup lines…. but always by the middle of the day, my eye makeup is creased and all messed up! Now, I do have oily skin, but my eye lids shouldn’t cause that much of a problem should it? Is this preventable? I try to put foundation on before i use shadow, but nothing works!!!

        

I am looking for some good quality eye makeup brush sets that are good but won’t cost me an arm and a leg. I would love to know 1.) Your everyday faves. and 2.) What is THE eye brush you cannot live without?
